"I have been teaching yoga in Irvine for more than twenty-five years, and believe in giving individual attention to all my students. My classes focus on correct posture, proper breathing, meditation, relaxation and body-cleansing. Over the years my students report that the classes have brought improved health and posture, flexibility, stress reduction and self-confidence to their lives, in a fun, friendly environment. My ultimate goal is to share my love and joy of life leading to peace and overall fulfillment.

I was the first instructor to start classes at the Ektaa Center, where I have been consistently teaching for the last six years. The Ektaa Center has provided me with an environment conducive to my teaching methods – proper room sizes that are well lit, good ventilation, ample parking and a convenient location for many students."
